Over the past year Stakam has focused attention on supporting local businesses. This year has been particularly important ensuring clubs have the ability to survive the pandemic. One team we have sponsored over the 2019/2020 season is Harris FP Rugby club. We caught up with Ryan Beattie to hear how sponsoring has helped benefit the team:

‘"We'd like to thank Stakam for their support in recent months. With the current pandemic, funding for local clubs like ourselves has become increasingly difficult to find as many companies seek to protect their finances.

We thought it would be good to let you know where your donation went and how it has helped the club. As you can see, we were able to purchase new playing strips which are great quality and look fantastic. In addition to this, we were able to provide subsidised kit packages for the players and coaches which ensures that they look professional before and after playing for and coaching within the club and the local community, this has been great for morale with players commenting that it makes them feel part of the club.

Going forward, with COVID looking increasingly likely to be around for a while, we're hoping to continue to work with Stakam to secure the future of our club and the wellbeing of our players, coaches and families."
